Vacancies during Vacation Periods. Teachers who desire to apply for a promotional or transfer position which may be filled during the summer vacation period may submit their names to the District’s Human Resources Department together with the position or positions they desire to apply for, and an address where they can be reached during the summer vacation period. The Human Resources department shall notify such teachers of any vacancy in a position for which they desire to apply. Such notice and application forms shall be sent to the address provided by the teacher at least ten (10) days before the final date when the applications are to be submitted.
