Vacancies for Longer than 60 Days. If an Assisted Unit continues to be vacant for more than 60 consecutive days either during rent-up or after rent-up the Owner shall not be entitled to any payments under 2.4(b)-(c). Grantee and Owner shall comply with any administrative requirements imposed by HUD as related to vacancies for the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance program.
