Vacancies — Supervisory Positions. 1. The Board declares its general support of a policy of filling vacancies in supervisory positions from within its own teaching staff. However, nothing herein shall preclude the Board of Education from determining that the interests of the school system may best be served by actively seeking and employing candidates from outside the district.
