VACATION AND RETIREMENT. 12.01 All Full-time Drivers shall accumulate vacation pay and vacation leave at the following rate: completion - 1 year of Full-time employment - 4% and 2 weeks completion - 4 years of Full-time employment - 6% and 3 weeks completion - 9 years of Full-time employment - 8% and 4 weeks completion - 13 years of Full-time employment - 10% and 5 weeks completion – 18 years of Full-time employment – 12% and 6 weeks
