Common use of Vacation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Employer’s policies then in effect. In addition, the Employer shall provide to the Executive employee benefits and perquisites on a basis that is comparable in all material respects to that provided to other executives of the Employer. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Employer shall have the right to change insurance carriers and to adopt, amend, terminate or modify employee benefit plans and arrangements at any time and without the consent of the Executive.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Employer’s applicable policies then of the Company, which shall be accrued and used in effectaccordance with such policies. In additionDuring the Employment Period, the Employer Executive shall provide be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Executive employee benefits Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and perquisites on a basis that is comparable in all material respects to that provided conditions applicable to other senior executives of the EmployerCompany generally. Subject The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the terms Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of this Agreement, the Employer shall have the right to change insurance carriers and to adopt, amend, terminate or modify employee benefit such plans and arrangements at any time and without the consent of the Executiveonce established.
