Vacation Calculation. The vacation pay shall be computed at straight hourly pay and shall be based on the number of working hours of the scheduled workweek of each employee. a. An employee must work sixty-five (65%) percent of their scheduled working hours, exclusive of approved time off due to Workers’ Compensation or documented illness in order to receive any vacation benefits.
