Common use of Vacation Childcare Subsidy Clause in Contracts

Vacation Childcare Subsidy. E10.1 This clause applies to an employee (other than a casual employee or a temporary employee who has been engaged by the ACTPS for a period of less than twelve months) with school age children who makes a timely application, with regard to work and/or rostering arrangements applying in their particular business unit, based on their accrued annual leave, purchased leave or long service leave during school holidays that is rejected. In these circumstances the head of service will make payment to the employee for each calendar year based on:
