Vacation Day Benefit. Vacation benefits for eligible employees will be pro-rated the first year of employment, based on hire date. Vacation days will be advanced on July 1 of the current school year. Vacation days will need to be used by June 30 of the year that they are given and will not be carried over from year to year.
