Vacation or Paid Time Off. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid personal leave in accordance with the Company’s Policies applicable to similarly situated executives. Any vacation or paid time off shall be taken in the reasonable convenience of Executive. Through the Company’s paid time-off policies Executive will receive paid sick leave as required by state and any applicable local laws.
