Common use of - Vacation Pay Upon Retirement Clause in Contracts

- Vacation Pay Upon Retirement. The value of any vacation balance due upon separation at retirement shall be deposited into the employees Post-Retirement Health Care Savings Plan, as established in Minn. Stat. §352.98 as administered by the Minnesota State Retirement System.
