Normal. The rate of pay for vacations shall be the rate of pay employees would receive had they been working at the position to which they have been permanently certified, except as provided in Subd. 2, below.
Normal. (a) Employees shall be paid weekly and payment for any given week will be made not later than the sixth working day after the close of the payroll period, but in any event not later than Thursday of the following week. Except as provided for in 16.1(c) employees who are at work on Thursday and are not paid will be paid on Friday. Such employees will be released one (1) hour, with pay, prior to normal quitting time on Friday to enable them to cash their cheque.
(b) Wages shall be paid by the Employers on the job site, before quitting time, in cash or by cheque, payable at par in the locality of the job site. Accompanying each payment of wages shall be a written or electronic statement, at the employee`s discretion, to be retained by the employee, setting forth:
(i) the period of time or the work for which the wages are being paid;
(ii) the rate of wages to which the employee is entitled;
(iii) the amount of wages to which the employee is entitled;
(iv) the amount of each deduction from the wages of the employee and the purpose for which each deduction is made;
(v) any allowance or other payment to which the employee is entitled;
(vi) the amount of vacation pay for which the employee is being credited;
(vii) the amount of statutory holiday pay for which the employee is being credited; and
(viii) the net amount of money being paid to the employee.
(c) In cases of inclement weather being declared on payday, employees will receive their pay before leaving the site provided it is available on the site.
Normal. When a day recognized by this Agreement as a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered to be the holiday. When a day recognized by this Agreement as a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be considered to be the holiday. Employees who are eligible for holiday pay and who are compensated for overtime work at one and one-half (1 ½) times their hourly base rate of pay, shall be paid one and one-half (1 ½) times their hourly base rate of pay for each hour worked on a holiday in addition to the holiday pay for which they are entitled. All other employees who are required to work on a holiday shall be granted compensatory time off at a time mutually agreed upon between involved employees and their supervisors.

(c) In cases of inclement weather being declared on pay day, employees will receive their pay before leaving the site provided it is available on the site. An employee who voluntarily terminates his employment or who is discharged for cause will have his final pay including his record of employment and vacation pay, if applicable, mailed to his last known address on record with the Employer within five (5) working days of termination or discharge.
(d) The parties agree to direct deposit for all employees. An Employer will provide assistance to employees who require assistance obtaining a bank account.

Solid Waste and Recycling employees may elect either cash or compensatory time as compensation for minor holidays.
Normal. Subject to Section 4(b), the Company will pay to the Participant the Settlement Amount on or within thirty days after the Vesting Date for each RSU that is a Vested RSU on such Vesting Date to the extent the RSU has not previously been forfeited or settled.
Normal. Subject to Section 4(b), the Company will issue to the Participant one share of Stock on the Vesting Date for each RSU that is a Vested RSU on such Vesting Date to the extent the RSU has not previously been forfeited or settled.
Normal. Subject to Section 3(b), the Company will issue to the Director one share of Stock as soon as administratively practicable after the Vesting Date (but in no event more than thirty days after the Vesting Date) for each RSU that is a Vested RSU on such Vesting Date to the extent the RSU has not been previously forfeited or settled.
Normal. Normal Changes" shall mean any change that meets the following three conditions (i) such change is not a Security Critical Change, (ii) such change does not require altering the existing requirements or adding new requirements for Licensed Product that would create compatibility problems with Licensed Products manufactured prior to such change, and (iii) such change is not a revision to the Specifications, Compliance Rules or Robustness Rules that would materially increase the cost or complexity of implementations of Licensed Products.
