Vacation Payment Guarantee. An employee whose service is terminated or whose absence from work continues beyond the end of a vacation year, and who did not receive in such vacation year the full vacation pay for which he/she had qualified and had not otherwise used, shall receive at the end of the vacation year or upon prior termination of service, a vacation allowance in lieu of any vacation to which he/she was entitled.
