Common use of Vacation Schedule/Use Clause in Contracts

Vacation Schedule/Use. Vacation schedules shall be established with the approval of the Superintendent/designee. During student contact days, up to ten (10) days (80 hours) of vacation time may be taken but not more than five (5) consecutive days. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent/designee (i.e. up to ten (10) consecutive vacation days may be granted to an adoptive parent for the adoption process).
