VALIDITY OF QUOTATION. This Quotation shall be valid and subject to acceptance by the Customer, in accordance with the terms of Section 1 hereof for the period set forth on the face hereof. After such period, the acceptance of this Quotation shall not be binding upon ZOLL Medical Corporation and shall not create a contract, unless such acceptance is acknowledged and accepted by ZOLL Medical Corporation by a writing signed by an authorized representative of ZOLL Medical Corporation.
VALIDITY OF QUOTATION. Quotation shall remain valid for a period not less than 45 days after the deadline date specified for submission.
VALIDITY OF QUOTATION. Unless otherwise set forth in the Order Documentation, Seller's quotations are valid for 30 days from the date thereof.

VALIDITY OF QUOTATION. 7.1 Each Quotation given by ICR shall not constitute an offer, and shall only be valid for thirty (30) days from its date of issue.
