Validity Period. 21.1 Bid shall remain valid for the period specified in the Data Sheet (DS no. 8), commencing on the submission deadline date also indicated in the Data Sheet (DS no. 21). A Bid valid for a shorter period shall be immediately rejected by UNDP and rendered non-responsive. 21.2 In exceptional circumstances, prior to the expiration of the Bid validity period, UNDP may request Bidders to extend the period of validity of their Bid. The request and the responses shall be made in writing, and shall be considered integral to the Bid.
