Validity Period. 16.1 Bids shall remain valid for the period specified in the BDS, commencing on the Deadline for Submission of Bids. A Bid valid for a shorter period may be rejected by UNDP and rendered non-responsive. 16.2 During the Bid validity period, the Bidder shall maintain its original Bid without any change, including the availability of the Key Personnel, the proposed rates and the total price.
