Validly registered and qualified. Each of its students placed with the Health Care Provider will be a validly registered student of the educational institution and each of its designated placement instructors associated with any program of, or located in or placed at any facility of the Health Care Provider, will be a properly qualified instructor employed or designated by the Educator, as represented by the Health Faculty effecting the placement.
