Valuations. For the purposes of clause (a) above, all assumptions and methods used to determine the actuarial valuation of vested and unvested employee benefits under any Plan at any time maintained by the Company and the present value of assets of any such Plan shall be reasonably consistent with those determinations made for purposes of Section 5.13.
