If the Van is registered with an authorised employee, director or trustee of the Microbusiness, Small Business or Charity then documentary evidence in the form of a letter detailing proof of employment on the Microbusiness, Small Business or Charity letter head paper must be provided to TfL’s satisfaction to demonstrate that the authorised employee, director or trustee is employed by the Microbusiness, Small Business or Charity. The Van must be insured for business use, have a valid MOT and road tax at the date of the Recipient’s Application and such evidence provided with the Application. VAN. Leeuwen acknowledges that all of the Confidential Information and Materials are, and will continue to be, the exclusive property of AUTM, whether or not prepared in whole or in part by Van Leeuwen and whether or not disclosed or entrusted to the custody of Van Leeuwen.
VAN. Leeuwen will not disclose, except as required by law, and Confidential Information and Materials of AUTM, in whole or in part, to any person or other entity, for any reason or purpose whatsoever, unless first authorized to do so by AUTM. Van Leeuwen will not use the Confidential Information and Materials of AUTM for his own purpose or for the benefit of any other person or entity except AUTM, whether such use consists of duplication, removal, oral use or disclosure, the transfer of any Confidential Information and Materials in any manner, or any other unauthorized use, unless AUTM shall have given it prior consent to such use.

VAN. Seller will pay off as soon as possible but no later than thirty (30) days following the Closing all amounts due with respect to the lien on the Chevrolet Van which is included in the Acquired Assets and provide Buyer with a release of any and all liens affecting said Van. Seller (with the reasonable cooperation of Buyer, but at Seller's expense) will take all steps required by applicable Legal Requirements to timely cause the Van to be timely transferred to Buyer and licensed in Buyer's name, and Seller will pay all Taxes, fees and other charges in connection therewith.
VAN. The VAN goal availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week excluding scheduled downtime. Cornerstone will provide all customers with 72 hours notice of any scheduled downtime that is expected to exceed 1 hour.
