VANCOUVER ISLAND COMMITTEE. There shall be established a Vancouver Island Committee composed of four (4) representatives from the Vancouver Island Local of the Union and one (1) representative from the Union (ILWU - Canada), on the one hand, and a similar number of representatives from the Association, on the other. The Vancouver Island Committee shall meet without delay at the request of either Party.
