Monthly Fee Programmer will pay Licensee for the broadcast of the programs hereunder a fee each month as described in more detail in Appendix A to this Agreement (the "Monthly Fee"). The Monthly Fee will be payable on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, to Clearly Superior Radio, L.L.C., 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or to such other address as Licensee may designate in writing. The failure of Licensee to demand or insist upon prompt payment of the Monthly Fee will not constitute a waiver of its right to do so.
Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.
Service Fees In consideration of the performance of the Services by Custodian, each Fund shall pay Custodian in accordance with the fee arrangements set forth on Schedule I to this Loan Servicing Agreement (the “Service Fees”). Except for such sums as are payable upon the execution hereof, if any, Custodian shall send an invoice for the Service Fees to the applicable Fund within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter during the term hereof and such invoice shall be payable upon receipt.
Interest Fees and Charges 3.1Interest
Fixed Charges Coverage At the end of each Fiscal Quarter, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2000, the ratio of Income Available for Fixed Charges to Consolidated Fixed Charges for the Fiscal Quarter just ended and the immediately preceding 3 Fiscal Quarters shall at all times be greater than 2.75 to 1.0.
Service Charge No service charge shall be payable by a holder of a beneficial interest in a Global Security or by a Holder of a Definitive Security for any exchange or registration of transfer of Securities, or for any issue of new Securities in case of partial redemption of any series. The Company, however, may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge in relation thereto, other than any such taxes or other governmental charge payable upon exchange or registration of transfer pursuant to Sections 2.06, 3.03(b) and 9.04.
Services Fee In consideration for the services to be provided to the Stations by Nexstar personnel as described in Sections 4(a) through 4(f), Mission will pay Nexstar the fee (“Services Fee”) described in Section 4(g).

Interest Fees Borrower shall pay FINOVA interest on the daily outstanding balance of the Obligations at the per annum rate set forth on the Schedule. Borrower shall also pay FINOVA the fees set forth on the Schedule.
Expense Accrual and Payment Services (1) For each valuation date, calculate the expense accrual amounts as directed by the Trust as to methodology, rate or dollar amount.
