Variable Compensation. In addition to the Base Salary, with respect to each fiscal year of the Corporation during the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to earn an annual bonus (the “Variable Compensation”), with a target amount of US$775,000 (the “Target Bonus”), based on the achievement of annual individual and Corporation performance objectives established by the Board, subject to the Executive's employment with the Corporation through the applicable payment date for any such Variable Compensation.
