Variable Rates and General Specifications. The kind, size and number of Containers furnished to particular Customers shall be as determined mutually by the Customer and Franchisee. · The rates· chargeable to each Customer shall be based upon the size, number, and frequency of pick-up (if applicable) of Containers furnished to each Customer, as approved by the District, a copy of which is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference as though here fully set forth. All Containers shall be maintained in good repair with neatly and uniformly painted surfaces and shall prominently display the name and telephone number of District. Containers shall be clearly marked and identified as belonging to District.
