Common use of Variation of redundancy pay Clause in Contracts

Variation of redundancy pay. for other employment or incapacity to pay (a) obtains other acceptable employment for the Employee; or (b) cannot pay, the Employer may apply to the FWC for a determination that the amount of redundancy pay is reduced to a specified amount that FWC considers appropriate.
