Variations and Amendments. A provision of this agreement can only be varied by a later written document executed by or on behalf of all parties and in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
Variations and Amendments. No variation or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of a duly authorized representative of each Party.
Variations and Amendments. An Exhibitor wishing to vary or amend their Application must notify Torch Marketing in writing as soon as possible. Torch Marketing will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate requests for change and the Exhibitor will be liable for any increase in Price arising from the variation or amendment. If, for any reason, Torch Marketing has to change any of the arrangements relating to the Event it will inform Exhibitors forthwith and use reasonable endeavours to minimise the impact of the changes.
Variations and Amendments. No term or provision of this Deed may be amended or varied unless such amendment or variation is agreed and signed by the Confidant and the Service Provider.
Variations and Amendments. 31.1 This Agreement shall not be varied save by an instrument in writing signed by authorised representatives of all the Parties.

Variations and Amendments. 6.1 If you wish to vary any details of the Confirmation, up to and including the date of Event being attended, you must notify the Company in writing within 30 days. Although we shall endeavour to make any required changes we cannot guarantee these can be fulfilled. Any additional costs thereby incurred through variation shall become immediately due and payable.
6.2 If, due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, we have to make any change in the arrangements relating to the Confirmation including but not limited to the date of the Event, or altering of floor plans, we shall notify you as soon as possible. We shall endeavour to keep such changes to a minimum and shall seek to offer you arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to do the following:
6.3.1 amend any accidental error or omission in any documentation
6.3.2 amend any Agreement in order to reflect a change in the circumstances beyond our reasonable control; and
6.3.3 vary our schedule of charges from time to time.
Variations and Amendments. 20.1 No variation, amendment or change to this Contract will be effective unless contained in a document agreed by the parties and signed by their authorized representatives.
20.2 If the Customer wishes BT to modify the Service it must notify BT in writing. If the proposed modification is acceptable to BT (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld) the parties will negotiate the applicable terms and conditions in good faith.
Variations and Amendments. 12.1 The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement contains the entire agreement between them.
12.2 No variation, alteration, cancellation of, or addition hereto shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all Parties to this Agreement or their duly authorised representatives.
12.3 No indulgence, leniency or extension of time which any Party (“the Grantor”) may grant or show to any other Party, shall in any way prejudice the Grantor or preclude the Grantor from exercising any of its rights in the future.
12.4 The Parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Local Division, for any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
12.5 Except as provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, a Party may not cede any or all of that Party's rights or delegate any or all of that Party's obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Parties, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Variations and Amendments. 20.1 No provision of this Agreement may be varied, amended or waived except otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.
