Requests for Change. The A/E shall prepare requests for changes in the Work, including information necessary for evaluation of the request and the cause of the request. The A/E and consultants shall review and make recommendations to the PM on all proposed changes in the Work, including changes in the Construction Cost priced by the GC, and requests for changes in the Project Schedule.

Requests for Change. (a) If you want to change a settlement currency or billing currency, you must tell us in writing, and if we agree to any change, we will normally tell you about the change at least 7 banking days before it takes place.
(b) If you want to change your fixed rate period, for example from a 1-day fixed rate to a 7-day fixed rate or a 7-day fixed rate to a 1-day fixed rate, subject to conditions 5.1 and 5.2, we must receive written acceptance of your new loading and confirmation to proceed with the fixed rate period change (in form and substance satisfactory to us in our sole discretion) at least 5 banking days before the Tuesday you want the new fixed rate period to commence, we therefore advise that you contact us through your usual account manager or at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx well in advance of the prescribed notice period to discuss this requirement, particularly as your loading may change.
Requests for Change. Requests for change to any of the services detailed above can be made on application to the Director of IT. This may be an amendment of an existing service, addition of a new service or removal of a redundant service.

5.2 The Operator shall be entitled to require a Change to the Services from time to time to reflect any material Change in Law that has a direct material impact upon the Operator's provision of the Services.
5.3 Subject to Paragraph 5.2, the Operator shall only be entitled to request a Change to the Services if such Change:-
5.3.1 enhances the Operator's operational effectiveness in providing the Services or takes advantage of technological developments so as to improve the provision of the Services; and
5.3.2 will not increase the overall cost of providing the Services; and
5.3.3 will not have a detrimental effect on the overall quality of the Services.
5.4 The Authority may at its absolute discretion reject any request for a Change to the Services or to the Operator’s Proposal proposed by the Operator.
Requests for Change. A request for a change to the Software must be raised by the nominated Customer contact. Such requests for new functionality or modifications to existing functionality will be considered for development and possible implementation into a quarterly release. Inclusion of these requests is at the discretion of the Supplier. Requests for changes to the Software can also be accepted as paid work. Such requests should be directed to the Supplier’s Account Manager.
Requests for Change. Changes may be requested by GÉANT or by the Supplier. Requests for change shall contain necessary information according to the Managed eduroam IdP operational procedures. The Supplier has to provide a change plan, defining schedule and impact of the change, for every request for change within the defined response time. Emergency changes do not require a change plan and the schedule may be agreed between the persons involved. Implementation of changes is authorised by the eduroam Service Owner. Changes of the following three categories may occur for: ● eduroam Managed IdP software updates ● Change of the eduroam Managed IdP configuration ● Operation and Infrastructure changes Procedures for implementing these changes are described in the eduroam Managed IdP operations documentation.
Requests for Change. Election of hours by library staff, within parameters determined by each division head with the approval of the Head Librarian, will be consid- ered a permanent schedule change. Requests for change in hours may be made on at least one (1) week's notice to the division head, who will determine whether the requested change is feasible within the scheduling needs of the division. Flexible scheduling is not to be confused with temporary work schedule adjustments to meet individual emergency situations.
