Common use of VEHICLE TOWING POLICY Clause in Contracts

VEHICLE TOWING POLICY. Resident acknowledges that the University retains the right to tow vehicles at any time, without notice, and at Resident’s expense, if the vehicle is parked in a red zone, handicapped space, fire lane, in front of trash enclosures, in a space reserved for other residents, or is otherwise blocking traffic flow on the University premises. Vehicles that are inoperable, have no license plates, have expired license plates or have expired registration tags will also be towed at Resident’s expense; however, the University will make a reasonable attempt to provide Resident with a 24 hour written notice of such towing. The University assumes no liability for condition of Resident’s car in the event it is towed.
