Common use of Vehicular & Pedestrian Access Clause in Contracts

Vehicular & Pedestrian Access. Reasonable vehicular and pedestrian access across the Site to the Premises as designated on Exhibit D for purposes of designing, installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing the Project. In exercising such access Provider shall reasonably attempt to minimize any disruption to activities occurring on the Site.
