Vendor Courtesy. If the operation of any equipment or apparatus is found to be annoying to neighboring vendors or guests, it will be necessary to discontinue such operations. Sound and visual aids must be operated in a manner that does not inconvenience other vendors. CQA/ACC reserves the right to prohibit the use of any equipment that contravenes these regulations.

Vendor Courtesy. No exhibitor or representative of an exhibitor shall enter the booth space of another registered exhibitor without invitation. No exhibitor shall take printed materials belonging to another exhibitor without said exhibitor’s permission. Exhibitors shall not solicit other exhibitors during show hours. Any solicitation of exhibitors without permission is strictly forbidden. Show Schedule. Exhibition Management reserves theright to revise show hours. Losses, Damages, Claims. The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the exhibition venue premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the exhibition venue its owner, and its management company as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for, and have no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. We disclaim all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. 10.3 You acknowledge that: (i) the nature, type, quality and availability of Third Party Content may change at any time during the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with Third Party Services such as Facebook™, YouTube™ and Twitter™, etc., depend on the continuing availability of such third parties’ respective application programming interfaces (APIs). We may need to update, change or modify the Services under this Agreement as a result of a change in, or unavailability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs. If any third party ceases to make its Third Party Content or APIs available on reasonable terms for the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may cease providing access to the affected Third Party Content or Third Party Services without any liability to You. Any changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, including their unavailability, during the Services Period does not affect Your obligations under this Agreement or the applicable order, and You will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.
