Other Vendors means vendors, other than the Vendor, with whom the Owner has entered, or may enter in the future, into a contract for the provision of products and services for the engineering and construction of any portion of the Nationwide Network. Other Vendors does not include any Subcontractors in connection with the Work to be performed under this Contract in their capacity as Subcontractors.
