VENDOR ELIGIBILITY. During the validity of this Agreement, the Supplier shall inform UNFPA immediately, by written notice to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx, if it is debarred by the World Bank or suspended by any UN organization. Failure to fulfill this requirement will be considered as a breach of agreement and UNFPA reserves the rights to consider invalid any purchase orders issued during a suspension/debarment period. The Supplier agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the UNFPA funds received under this Agreement are used to provide support to individuals or entities associated with terrorism and that the recipients of any amounts provided by UNFPA hereunder do not apprea on the list stated below. Suppliers falling in any of the following categories are ineligible for the award of UNFPA business:
