Vendor-Required Insurance (CCH GC. 03). Vendor will maintain, at Vendor’s sole cost and expense and in full force and effect, for the Term at least the following insurance, through policies with reputable and financially sound insurance organizations or through a program of self-insurance acceptable to CCH, to cover loss and damage arising from the furnishing of Services and Deliverables (collectively, "Vendor-Required Insurance"): (a) Workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the Laws of the State of Illinois and any other applicable jurisdiction, with at least the following coverage: (i) Employer’s liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 each accident and $1,000,000 each employee by disease and minimum $1,000,000 policy limit by disease; and (ii) Broad form all States. (b) Commercial general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage, including loss of use, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage combined. The commercial general liability insurance must include at least the following coverage: (i) All premises and operations; (ii) Broad form blanket contractual liability; (iii) Products and completed operations; (iv) Broad form property damage liability; and (v) Cross liability. (c) Comprehensive automobile liability insurance for all owned, non-owned and hired automobiles, trucks and trailers, with at least the following coverage: (i) For all automobiles, minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage combined; and (ii) For uninsured motorists, in accordance with the Laws of the State of Illinois. (d) Umbrella and excess liability insurance with minimum limits of $2,000,000 per occurrence for all liability and $2,000,000 aggregate per policy year separately for products and completed operations. (e) Professional liability and errors and omissions insurance for all activities Vendor undertakes pursuant to this Services Agreement with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate and a retroactive date on or before execution of this Services Agreement. (f) Cyber liability insurance with minimum limit of $10,000,000 aggregate and no sub-limits under $5,000,000 for CCH’s costs and expenses related to or liability arising from any of the following: (i) Unauthorized access to, or use, disclosure, or acquisition of personal, confidential or health-related information (including Confidential Information and Protected Health Information) and ...

  • Required Insurance The HSP will put into effect and maintain, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person in the business of the HSP would maintain, including, but not limited to, the following at its own expense: Commercial General Liability Insurance, for third party bodily injury, personal injury and property damage to an inclusive limit of not less than 2 million dollars per occurrence and not less than 2 million dollars products and completed operations aggregate. The policy will include the following clauses: a. The Indemnified Parties as additional insureds; b. Contractual Liability; c. Cross-Liability;

  • Required Insurance Coverages The Contractor also agrees to purchase insurance and have the authorized agent state on the insurance certificate that the Contractor has purchased the following types of insurance coverages, consistent with the policies and requirements of O.C.G.A. §50-21-37. The minimum required coverages and liability limits are as follows:

  • Required Insurance Coverage As a condition of this Contract with DIR, Vendor shall provide the listed insurance coverage within 5 business days of execution of the Contract if the Vendor is awarded services which require that Vendor’s employees perform work at any Customer premises and/or use employer vehicles to conduct work on behalf of Customers. In addition, when engaged by a Customer to provide services on Customer premises, the Vendor shall, at its own expense, secure and maintain the insurance coverage specified herein, and shall provide proof of such insurance coverage to the related Customer within five (5) business days following the execution of the Purchase Order. Vendor may not begin performance under the Contract and/or a Purchase Order until such proof of insurance coverage is provided to, and approved by, DIR and the Customer. All required insurance must be issued by companies that have an A rating and a Financial Size Category Class of VII from A.M. Best, and are licensed in the State of Texas and authorized to provide the corresponding coverage. The Customer and DIR will be named as Additional Insureds on all required coverage. Required coverage must remain in effect through the term of the Contract and each Purchase Order issued to Vendor there under. The minimum acceptable insurance provisions are as follows:

  • Additional Insurance Requirements (a) All insurance policies required by Section 7.01 shall be issued by responsible companies authorized to issue insurance in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and have an AM Best rating of not less than A:VI (or other similar rating in the event an AM Best rating is no longer available). (b) The FCRHA and Tenant shall cooperate in connection with the adjustment and collection of any insurance recoveries that may be due in the event of loss, and Tenant shall execute and deliver to the FCRHA such proofs of loss and other instruments which may reasonably be required for the purpose of obtaining the recovery of any such insurance moneys. (c) Tenant shall not carry separate liability or property insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required by this Lease to be furnished by Tenant, unless the FCRHA and any other parties designated by the FCRHA with a bona fide insurable interest are included therein as additional insureds with respect to liability and loss payees with respect to property, as their interests may appear, with loss payable as provided in this Lease. Tenant shall immediately notify the FCRHA of the carrying of any such separate insurance and shall cause copies of the declaration page(s) of the same to be delivered as in this Lease hereinafter required. (d) Tenant shall provide written notice to the FCRHA promptly after Tenant is aware that any insurance claim or insurance proceeding has been filed against Tenant. (e) Tenant shall procure policies for all such insurance required by any provision of this Lease for periods of not less than one (1) year (if such policy term is customary and available) and shall procure renewals or replacements thereof from time to time and deliver evidence of the same to the FCRHA at least thirty (30) days before the expiration thereof. If Tenant shall fail to procure any such policies or renewals thereof in accordance herewith, the FCRHA may procure the same, and Tenant shall be obligated to reimburse the FCRHA as Additional Costs hereunder for all costs incurred by the FCRHA in connection therewith.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance. (b) Pursuant to Section 4.01 and 4.02, any amounts collected by the Servicers or the Master Servicer, or by any Servicer, under any insurance policies (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Master Servicer Collection Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.02 and 4.03. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 and 4.03.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.

  • Minimum Insurance Requirements Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract insurance against claims for injuries or death to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder and the results of that work by the Contractor, his agents, representatives, employees or sub-contractors.
