Common use of VENUE MANAGER Clause in Contracts

VENUE MANAGER. 20.1 EXCALIBUR appoints a Venue Manager who acts on behalf of EXCALIBUR. 20.2 His / her role is to answer any questions you may have with regard to EXCALIBUR, facilitate bookings, finalize agreements and act as representative of EXCALIBUR. 20.3 The venue Manager therefore has full mandate to act within his/her discretion in terms of this agreement and to perform any such decisions as may be necessary as if EXCALIBUR has authorized such decisions to which the CLIENT will adhere to.
