When a non-emergency signal is received, JCI will attempt to contact the first available Customer representative on the notification call list but will not notify emergency authorities, this notification will be in the form of email or text and follow ROC processes. If the customer requires phone calls to the call list for any emergency or non-emergency situation, the customer will need to make this request in writing. Customer authorizes and directs JCI, as its agent, to use its full discretion in causing the arrest or detention of any person or persons on or around the premises who are not authorized by Customer.
