Call List definition

Call List means the list of names, with corresponding telephone numbers and email addresses, of those persons in the order Customer wishes to receive notification of Alarms which must be created, and updated by Customer from time to time, via the Hosted Software.
Call List means the entire group of Call Plan Physicians.
Call List means the list of Covered Physicians as mutually defined by BMS and Cephalon.

More Definitions of Call List

Call List shall have the meanings specified in Section 5 hereof.
Call List means the entire group of Call Plan Physicians. “Call Plan Physician” means a physician who is eligible to receive a Detail and who is on the Call List, as designated on Schedule 3. “Call Plan” means the plan to Call the list of physicians and hospitals and the associated call frequency for each such physician as set out in Schedule 3. “Change of Control” means a transaction or series of related transactions, which result directly or indirectly in the change of:
Call List means those Prescribing Professionals in the Territory to whom Xxxxx will be responsible for detailing the Product.

Related to Call List

  • Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Deficient Exchange Act Deliverable With respect to the Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Custodian, the Trustee and each Servicing Function Participant and Additional Servicer retained by it (other than a Loan Seller Sub-Servicer), any item (x) regarding such party, (y) prepared by such party or any registered public accounting firm, attorney or other agent retained by such party to prepare such item and (z) delivered by or on behalf of such party pursuant to the delivery requirements under Article 13 of this Agreement, that does not conform to the applicable reporting requirements under the Securities Act, the Exchange Act, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act and/or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.

  • Publication NPC-233 means the Ministry Publication NPC-233, "Information to be Submitted for Approval of Stationary Sources of Sound", October, 1995 as amended.

  • OFAC List means the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons subject to financial sanctions that is maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control and accessible through the internet website xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/x00xxx.xxx.

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • Customer of Record means the person that applies for utility service and is identified in the account records of a public utility as the person responsible for payment of the public utility bill. A customer may or may not be an end user, as defined herein.
