Common use of VILLAGE ASSISTANCE Clause in Contracts

VILLAGE ASSISTANCE. The Village agrees to cooperate and provide any reasonable assistance requested by the Owner or Developer in applying for and obtaining any and all approvals or permits necessary for the development of the Territory as long as the Owner and/or Developer reimburse whatever costs and expenses the Village incurs in assisting the Owner and Developer, including, but not limited to, those required from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Illinois Department of Transportation, Fox Metro Water Reclamation District, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Village further agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Owner and Developer in obtaining all other permits and approvals required by the applicable County, and other governmental units having jurisdiction over the Territory or Development of the Territory.

The Village further agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Owner and Developer in obtaining all other permits and approvals required by the applicable County, County and other governmental units having jurisdiction over the Territory or Development development of the Territory.
