VINE® Courts. VINE Courts is a fully automated service that keeps crime victims and criminal justice professionals informed regarding the progress of their court cases. Users can access court information around the clock by calling a toll-free telephone number or logging on to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. They can also register to be notified by phone, e-mail, text message, or TTY about upcoming court and hearing dates related to criminal justice proceedings, cancellations, continuances, disposition changes, and other events.

Related to VINE® Courts

  • Venue The Superior Court of California, located in the County of Sacramento, shall hear any dispute between the Parties arising from this Settlement Agreement.

  • APPLICABLE LAWS AND COURTS This resulting contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and any litigation with respect thereto shall be brought in the courts of the Commonwealth. The agency and the Purchaser are encouraged to resolve any issues in controversy arising from the award of the contract or any contractual dispute using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures (Code of Virginia, § 2.2-4366). The Purchaser shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

  • THE COURT’S FINAL APPROVAL HEARING The Court will hold a hearing to decide whether to approve the settlement. You may attend and you may ask to speak, but you don’t have to.

  • Law, Venue 19.1. This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of California and the validity, enforceability and interpretation of any of the clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the laws of the State of California.
