Court information definition

Court information means information held by the Ministry of Justice on behalf of the Court, as described in Schedule 2 of the Senior Courts Act 2016 and in Schedule 1 of the District Court Act 2016.

Court information means the Court Record, docket system and any other document or information, regardless of the medium in which it is created or stored, that is collected, received, maintained or otherwise handled by the Court in connection with a Case, but does not include a Court Administration Record or Judicial Information.
