Violation of Dress Requirements. 1. Unit employees who are on duty and do not comply with requirements in this section may be subject to disciplinary action. 2. On the first occurrence the unit employee will be given an oral warning; on the second, a written reprimand; and on the third, one (1) day suspension without pay. 3. Further occurrences will result in additional progressive discipline.
