Common use of Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Lessee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) LesseeOwner, any ParticipantPass Through Trustee, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee Agent or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant Pass Through Trustee to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participantloan contemplated by Section 2.1, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law law for (a) Lessee, any Owner Participant, Subordination Agent, or Owner Trustee or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Owner Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indentureavailable.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Lessee, Existing Lessor, Existing Mortgagee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) LesseeOwner, any ParticipantPass Through Trustee, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee Agent or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant Pass Through Trustee to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, loan contemplated by Section 2.1 to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred occurs after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) LesseeOwner, any ParticipantPass-Through Trustee, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or Mortgagee to execute, deliver deliver, and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party party, or (b) any Participant Pass-Through Trustee to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participantloan contemplated by (S) 2.1, to acquire an Equipment Note Note, or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust IndentureMortgage.

No change shall have occurred occurs after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Lessee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee Trustee, or Mortgagee to execute, deliver deliver, and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them it is a party party, or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust IndentureMortgage.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Lessee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or Mortgagee Security Trustee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participantthe Lender, to acquire an Equipment the Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust IndentureSecurity Agreement.

Violation of Law. No change shall have occurred after the date of this Agreement in any applicable Law that makes it a violation of Law for (a) Lessee, any Participant, Subordination Agent, Owner Trustee or Mortgagee to execute, deliver and perform the Operative Agreements to which any of them is a party or (b) any [any]23 [the Loan]24 Participant to make the Dollar amount of its Commitment available or, in the case of any Loan Participant, to acquire an Equipment Note or to realize the benefits of the security afforded by the Trust Indenture.--------
