Violation of Strikes and Lockouts Prohibition. In the event of any violation of Section 15.1, the Union shall immediately notify employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such employees to cease such action and return to work immediately. Any employee who violates the provisions of this article may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge by the University and shall not be entitled to any benefits or wages whatsoever. Any disciplinary or discharge action taken by the University under this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
