Discrimination Prohibition. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed or religion, sex (including sexual harassment), marital status, affectional preference and/or sexual orientation, public assistance status, disability, age, national origin, veteran status, or political opinions, is prohibited. The Union shall share equally with the University the responsibility for applying this provision of the Agreement.
Discrimination Prohibition. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without regard to an employee's age, sex, marital status, affectional preference and/or sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, color, creed, or religion, national origin, political affiliation, Veterans' Status, public assistance status or because of a physical or mental disability. Every employee shall have the right to a workplace free from discrimination.
Discrimination Prohibition. No employee will discriminate against or harass any other employee or any student based upon race, color, sex/gender (this also includes gender identity), sexual orientation, religious creed, national origin, age, veteran status, disability, political affiliation, or marital status.

Discrimination Prohibition. An employee serving an original probationary period may be terminated without recourse under this Agreement, including terminations for not successfully passing the applicable background screens. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
