Common use of Violence in the Work Place Clause in Contracts

Violence in the Work Place. The Government of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 600, agree that violence against employees in the work place is not desirable and that parties agree to work together to reduce the incidence and causal factors of violence. To that end, the parties to this Agreement agree to the following: a) Definition of Violence Violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is physically, or verbally abused, or assaulted during the course of his/her employment.
