Virtual Office. If no Areas are licensed to you pursuant to this Agreement, the provisions of the paragraphs hereof entitled “ACCOMMODATIONS” and “USING THE SPACE” shall not be applicable.
Virtual Office. Virtual Office is a reporting and business tracking application that can be accessed by Company Members that have the Premium or Premium Plus package described in Section 1 of Exhibit B. Virtual Office will have the following features: • Line of Sponsorship Tree • Expand All and Collapse All • Number of tickets in downline • Number of memberships • Active and Inactive Subscribers • Subscription reporting • New subscribers • Canceled subscribers • Total subscribers by membership package • Ticket reporting • Subscribers with tickets • Subscribers with no tickets • Number of tickets sold • Support Material reporting • Quantity sold by category
Virtual Office. Home Set-Up Payment
Virtual Office. Virtual Office" shall mean the internet based system -------------- implemented and maintained by Mediconsult for use by patients, physicians and physician staffs, including the initial mapping of the site, any functional changes to which must be mutually agreed to by the parties, as more fully described on Schedule 2. ----------
Virtual Office. 1. The Company may require the S&S Employees to work virtual office (i.e., from their home office) on a temporary or permanent basis. Should an employee decline to work virtual office, the employee will have the option to voluntarily terminate their employment with the benefits described in the Charlotte Facility Closing Agreement.
2. The Company’s decision to do so shall in no way affect the Company’s rights, under Article 3 – Facility Closing Agreement, to close/terminate their work location (wherever they may be working) and lay off the S&S Employees with the benefits described in the Charlotte Facility Closing Agreement.
3. In the event that the Company requires the S&S Employees to work virtual office, the Company’s policy entitled “North America Telecommuting and Virtual Office Policy,” last updated June 17, 2013 shall apply. The Company agrees that it will not change the terms and conditions within the policy for the effected employees without negotiations with the Union. The Company also agrees that at least 24 hours notice to the Employee will be provided before being granted access to the employee’s virtual office.
Virtual Office. Includes all services detailed in sections 1 and 2. Due to postal requirements, in the United States, the Virtual Office product provides 5 days of private office or coworking usage per month at the designated LOCATION.
Virtual Office. Entitles the MEMBER to receive mail at the THINKSPACE, LLC LOCATION specified in this Agreement (“designated LOCATION”). The MEMBER may use the address of the designated LOCATION for business correspondence subject to exception in certain locations. B.
