Merchant agrees that it shall not use the logos and marks either directly or indirectly, to imply that Visa or MasterCard endorses Merchant’s goods or services; nor may Merchant refer to Visa or MasterCard when stating eligibility requirements for purchasing its products, services, or memberships.
