Vocational Certified Licensed Staff. Any K-12 teacher who earns and/or maintains a valid vocational teaching certificate and who teaches three or more quarter classes throughout the year for which the District receives vocational training reimbursement from the State of Minnesota shall receive an additional $500 stipend to their regular salary each year. This addition will be pro-rated based on the teacher’s FTE.
