Voluntary Donation of Sick Days. 1. Donation of sick days to individuals a. An Employee may volunteer to donate one (1) or more of his/her sick days in whole day increments, for a total of ten percent (10%) per year of his/her accumulated sick days, to any individual who qualifies under guidelines listed below. b. The Employee’s decision to donate sick days is irrevocable. The individual donating days will complete a Sick Day Donation Form (Appendix C).
