Common use of Voluntary Donations Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Donations. Employees with a current sick leave balance of at least 100 days may contribute a maximum of two (2) days during open enrollment or a request to replenish the sick leave bank. Employees with a current sick leave balance of at least 200 days may contribute a maximum of three (3) days during open enrollment or a request to replenish the sick leave bank. Current Joint Sick Leave Bank and Exchange Members, at time of retirement, may contribute no more than ten days of their current sick leave balance to the sick leave bank.
