Voluntary Hours Reduction. ARRMC will consider requests 31 for nurses to reduce FTE to accommodate an incumbent RN’s 32 desire for lesser hours. The requesting nurse will first meet 33 with the clinical manager and request such reduction in hours. 1 A committee of one Association appointed representative and 2 one Hospital-appointed representative will facilitate 3 consideration of such transitions and propose creative 4 solutions if the RN and his/her clinical manager cannot agree. 5 This procedure will not be subject to the grievance and 6 arbitration process.
