Common use of Voluntary Hours Reduction Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Hours Reduction. ARRMC will consider requests 25 for nurses to reduce FTE to accommodate an incumbent RN’s 26 desire for lesser hours. The requesting nurse will first meet 27 with the clinical manager and request such reduction in hours. 28 A committee of one Association appointed representative and 29 one Hospital-appointed representative will facilitate 30 consideration of such transitions and propose creative solutions 31 if the RN and their clinical manager cannot agree.
