Voluntary Membership. 3.01.1. The Members acknowledge that participation in the Sector is completely voluntary among the Members, their Permits and the related Participating Vessels. 3.01.2. Each Member acknowledges that the Member has had adequate opportunity to consult with legal counsel concerning the terms of this Agreement and the obligations of Members prior to execution of this Agreement.
